Banner Winner and Design Related Tees

Brett wins. Nice looking design and to spec. Remember CMYK = Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. CMYK is also known as Four Color Process. Somewhat related is this T-Shirt design (RGB) from Threadless.com.

Wait, wait, wait... did I get this right? That was the winner because it followed specs? It isn't in CMYK or using them. The other one Brett made was close (it had no M though) but this one is simply red and brown. Now, a lot of the entries didn't come close, but at least 12turkeysands, ironicart, jelienna, victoria, michael montee and myself actually used CMYK in our designs (12turkeysands is not quite CMYK, but is at least on target). The winner used ROWB (red, orange, white brown...) or something... and colour is spelled color! This is a mistake that is critical and only Brett made it (he mispelled it on both entries). Exactly what specs did his entry meet?

wait... if you want to do a critique. What in the world does George W have to do with our class? And putting "never resign" on it? That's rather biased don't you think? And I daresay it hardly would represent those in our class (hovering around 30% in the country). Secondly, no where did I see any rules on what needed to be in this banner (ie. colors, etc.). It being roughly 7" x 2" is it. So I went with a design that I thought looked good and would represent a design blog. Thirdly, magenta actually is used in the other pic.

On the fact that "colour" is spelled non-British, I'm correcting it. If you have any other actual suggestions as to how to make it better, I'm all ears.
